We reserve the right to pause or delay work on an engagement where agreed payments are not received in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Clients may be granted access to Smart Flow, our platform for real-time project and investment oversight, as part of an active engagement. Access is personal to the client and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Smart.by reserves the right to suspend access to Smart Flow in the event of misuse, suspected unauthorized access, or as reasonably necessary to protect the security of the platform.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Smart Flow platform itself, is the property of Smart.by or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
